Probably the best situated hotel in Saas-Fee for the cable cars and the end of the ski runs but at the same time it is ideal for the village facilities and nightlife. There is ample use of pine wood which maintains the atmosphere of an alpine hotel and the rustic restaurant and bar lead on to the sun terrace which overlooks the nursery slopes. Breakfast is laid out as a generous buffet and dinner is an excellent five course menu whilst each week guests are offered either a special Farmers buffet dinner or a raclette party.

The Waldesruh's facilities include a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, solarium and massage (payable) plus a games room for the younger guests. A lively folklore evening is held at the Waldesruh's sister hotel, the Alphubel, and all our guests are invited to this evening. The hotel's free kindergarten service is also at the Alphubel about six minutes’ walk away. Available Monday - Friday 08.30 - 18.00 (minimum age 3).

Having known Reinhard and Franzisca Supersaxo for many years we can say that good food and a friendly ambience is assured and this is a well recommended hotel offering excellent value. Ski to door.
