A fine, long established hotel situated on the main street in Davos Platz about ten minutes from the Jakobshorn. The ski bus for Parsenn and other cable cars stops close by the hotel and runs about every 10 minutes throughout the day.

There are beautifully furnished, spacious lounges and a charming bar which is open until the small hours and here a pianist provides a little background music every evening. The food and service in the lovely dining room are of the highest standards with an appetising four course menu (with a choice for all courses) plus a large salad buffet. Each week there's either a gala dinner with gourmet menu or a magnificent buffet dinner with hot & cold specialities which taste as good as they look (and a variety of desserts to satisfy even the sweetest tooth!). Breakfast is a plentiful buffet including scrambled eggs & bacon. Superb gala dinners with music and dancing at Christmas & New Year.  The new Schweizerhof SPA and Health Club includes a variety of massage and treatments, Finnish and bio sauna, solarium, jacuzzi, relaxation and fitness rooms. Guests may use the pool at their sister hotel the post hotel. There's a terrace in front of the hotel as well as a rooftop sun terrace. Lift and ski room.

From over 20 years’ personal experience we can highly recommend this hotel which in our opinion is one of the finest 4 star hotels in Switzerland. The friendly but impeccable service of the staff is a feature of the Schweizerhof and your host, Toni Morosani, is constantly on hand to look after his guests with charm and efficiency.
